I'm helping build the backend an app using ruby on rails. You can create activites to post. I need to think through the way the models/controllers work. One of the guys on the front end pointed out that when when we create activities, we're passing in params for a user id and we need to store that on creation (that code is in the controllers). So for each object, we need to make sure the GET and POST (show and create/update methods in the controllers) take and send the right information.
