Swiggy in India is a food delivery service app. It can be classified under the multi sided platform customer segment. It sereves two segments- the restaurants and the customers. The restaurants get a platform to reach out to consumers and home delivery service. The customers benefit from the convinience of ordering. The value proposition is to connect the customer and the restaurant and enable best pricing and convinience.

Unilever targets the mass consumer market. They have products to serve customers in different age/ professional/ income groups in different geaographies. The value proposition for each product depends on the requirement of the tearget group.. For Ex: Dove offers softness ( which is the quality parameter) to the user who applies it.

Lenskart is the lens/ spactacle offering app/ offline stores in India. They target a highly diversified customer market by providing products like lenses, spectacles, shades and sunglasses. The user requirement is the determining factor here, and users are in different ages/professions etc.

A product that is for the niche market is the ALL store for plus sizes for women. It caters to a very nice target group by offering them a wide range of collection of apparaels that fits their body size ( plus sizes ) which are not easily available els.
