TCP windows scale helps in increasing the window size thereby allowing transmission control protocol above its former value.

The TCP window size, TCP receiver windoesize is also used to calculate how much data the receiving device that is willing to receive signal at any point of time.this device is used to value the control flow of data.

Operating system uses maximum segment size for calculating the maximum TCP window size.

If operating system is using TCP scaling option to increase total TCp window size which provides multiplier value.when the receiver is full it tries to resolve TCP window size issue common fixes . The increase in the TCP window size thereby helping to calculate what the values are.
