Ex: Tawseel App has a multi sided platform type of customer segments because without the drivers, the customers will not benefit from the service.
So the segments are
Drivers who will provide the delivary of items.
Customers who will request a driver to deliver items to and from anywhere (Home, work, restaurants, cafes, etc...)
The value propsitione is
For Drivers,Usability and convinces in getting extra work hassle free.
For cusomers, accebility to areas or services that would have been unavailable otherwise, Convieniant delivary for items either personally or profissionally.

Mass market product
The best example of a mass market product is ordinary bottled water which is regular in nature because there is no differentiating factor in the product and the aim is to only sell more volume of the same product.
The value proposition, in this case, is the fact that people want to have safe drinking water available to them wherever they go at an affordable price.
The target group, in this case, is people who are traveling or are on the go and want safe drinking water, the target group, therefore, in this case, is not restricted to any particular age group or gender and the product is completely functional in nature.
Multi-sided platforms customer segments:-
An example is AirBnB because it connects people that who homes with people who want to stay in those homes.
The segments are Holiday and Leisure travelers who are looking for a place to stay at affordable prices and want a homely atmosphere.
The homeowners who have a certain part of their asset lying vacant and would like to use it as a source of additional income and at the same time have the company of people from diverse regions and culture.
The value proposition is affordable homes for the travelers and better use of the asset for the homeowners, with an intermediary(i.e the platform) who ensures that the services are provided in a hassle-free manner.
Diversified Customer Segment:-
The best example is that of the TATA group in India which has more than 100 companies and caters to all kinds of customers in various sectors.
The customer segments range from automobile to steel, to air travel, electronics to tea to hotels to name a few.
The value proposition is the long legacy of providing quality services in various fields which stands as a testimony of its focus on customer-centric business development based on trust and understanding.
Niche customer segment:-
Sparkling water could be a good example of a product targetted at people who have quit sugary drinks and want a healthier alternative to it.The age group is generally above 30 years of age and the income segment would be moderate to high-income groups.
The value proposition of the product is that it has the same fizz as present in carbonated drinks but is less sugary and therefore healthy as compared to other carbonated drinks.Apart from that plain water is bland whereas sparkling water come in various flavors as a result of which people can mee their daily hydration needs in a much more suitable manner.
