part 1 -Sympathetic branch of ANS would be stimulated ,if you stimulate the carotid bodies.

part2 -If the vagal fibers are stimulated , heart rate can be increased or decrease depending on the left / right vagal fiber stimulation .This is beacuse of the relex connection of the vagal nerves to the vasomotor which is much more sensitive to the mechanical stimuli .

part-3-Diving reflex and stimualtion of carotid body is same processes and both results in to the bradycardia. This process occurs by activation of sympathetic dependent tachycardia which progresses to the parasympathetically mediated bradycardia.

Part-4-Blood pressure will be increased due to sympathetic nerve activation in cold pressor test .
