Explanation / Answer

Ans 1:- cytokine like interleukin 2 or 6 are mai ly involved in the inflamotory pathaway and JAK STAT pathway is one of the most imp one of them. There Are two ways to tun down the cytokine singanalling....eitger give the receptor blockers or give the drugs that drugs that inhibit the production.we should prefer receptor blocker like basiliximab which bind to the interleukin 2 receptor and is used to prrvent transplant rejection.if we use that inhibit the production of cytokines like steroids so there may be the overall immunity problems because cytokimes are the end products of a common pathway that produce prostaglandins leucotrienns....the benificail prostagalndins will aslo get inhibitted.

Ans 2:-Ig recombination as the name suggest recombination if genetic sequence of immunoglubulin genes.it is also known as V(D)J RECOMBINATION.it occurs in early stages and only in developing lymphocites.it result in highly diverse repeators of immunoglobuLin's and T cell receptor.immunoglonukins receptors are found on B cell and T cell receptor are found on B cell.this diversity allows the recognition of nearly all the pathogens tht is bacteria virus parasites worms or cancel cells.

Ans 4:- antigen

An 5:- MHC 1......T8 cells

MHC 2 ......T4 cells

(Remember neumomic....producd should be 8 that is 1×8 or 2×4)
