The first thing is women is obese (it is not mentioned her weight to estimate the degree of obesity) and 75yrs old, and came with the complaint of hypertensive and chest pain and later complaind of shortness of breathe and sorness and swelling in the left calf,( if the sorness and sweling in the left calf is not persistent for hours there is no problem)if it is persistent it indicated that there is Deep vein thrombosis, and hypertensive nad chest pain indicated cardi vasuclar disease, the patient should go for futher investigation to conform like BLOOD INVESTIGATION (for cloth) , ECG, SCANS etc is needed. And drug iafter investigation is done and there is any clot then blood thinnig agent(clopidogrel tablet, coumadin,aspirin) and if any irregular heart rate then(amiodarone)and for pain(morphine sulphate) and depending upon the results of investigation she can be advised other drugs. the risk factors may be she may have stroke or , Diabetes or kidney disease or coronary diseases or congestive heart failure .
