Amazon and Google beat Apple to the smart home speaker space. They recently had to make room for HomePod, featuring the voice of Siri and the musical chops of Apple Music.

Announced at Apple’s worldwide developers conference last June, HomePod features bigger speakers for optimal music playback and integrates with Siri, the company’s digital assistant and other services, such as Apple Music. HomePod, arrived in stores beginning Friday, February 9 in the US, UK and Australia. HomePod will arrive in France and Germany this spring.
