Answer- More of patient don't read the instuctions given on or with inhaler result the proper amount of medication cannot reach into the lungs. They must follow steps-

Shake the inhaler gently for five seconds before use.

Press down the acuvator by the index finger to release the medication.

Always hold the inhaler away from the face to prevent medication from getting into the eyes.

Press it down again three times. With deep beathing.

The device can be used as-

Spacer devices- It helps to deliver more medication into the lungs and also decrease the amount of medicine deposited in the back of the mouth and the tongue.

Valved-holding chambers- It helps the child to breathe in and out of a mouthpiece or face mask.
