It is published by the American Psychiatric Assocation (APA) which is the main professional organization of psychiatrists and trainee psychiatrists in the United States, and the largest psychiatric organization in the world. Therefore, the website can be considered reliable, credible and trustworthy.
What I found particularly helpful on the website was a free video tutorial for people who have no previous knowledge of APA Style. This tutorial shows users important aspects of research writing such as how to structure and format written material, reduce bias in language, avoid charges of plagiarism, and cite references in text.
