Explanation / Answer

1.The objective situation was to loose some fat from my body weight as it was making me sluggish and sloppy,and I was over weight.The pain in legs was associated to my weight.

2. Initially I aimed to loose 20 pounds of weight within four weeks.I started skipping my meals especially my breakfast.This worsened the situation as I had fatigue all day, was not able to concentrate on things and kept irritated for whole day.

3. I wanted an instant result, though I lost 2 pounds in the first week but after that in the following three weeks all I lost cwas 3 pounds of weight only.This made me feel hopeless and I was discouraged,gave up the aim of weight loosing.

4. I didn't realize that weight lose is not instant and it needs proper planning, proper intake of nutrition and involves physical activity.

5. Physical activities and balanced food play an important role in weight lose and that weight lose is a gradual process, it's unhealthy to skip meals especially the breakfast.

6. Before setting a goal I have to analyse the problem visually and spatially in my mind and have to understand the practical aspect of the problem to get a big picture.

7. There is no quick fix for weight loss.
