Carla is suffering from Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
PTSD is the disorder in which they become engaged in behavioural and psychological along with mood and sleep changes. The person may begin seeing nightmares along with flashback of the event, mistrust , social isolation and loneliness and loss of interest. It has been commonly observed that women who are suffering from PTSD, have an association of increased incidence of lupus. Lupus may be caused when there is high level of anxiety as well as psychological distress. Also, that women who are experiencing trauma, are at three times the risk of lupus development.
