Yes. People in health care are skeptic about quality improvement.  

Reasons:

Unless there is improved quality, one cannot provide a good and healthy treatment. Health is physical,mental as well as emotional well being of a person. This is possible to give by health care personnels only ifor quality is improved. So, why should they not be skeptical about this. Moreover, nowadays with increase in patients knowledge via Internet services and Google, it has become the need of the day to improve quality of health care provided. To add on to this, there are increased cases of doctors being harassed, if they are unable to provide good health care. So, it becomes to give people optimal health care. Also,after spending so many years into the medical field and more emphasis on ethics,gradually doctors themselves find a need for quality improvement.
