1. The bone growth area is called Metaphysis it contains growth plate.

2. Chondroblast are present in cartilage they will turn into chondrocytes and produce matrix and fibres of cartilage

3. The structures left are Epiphysis and diaphysis of bone.

4. Bone activities does not stop because it is important in maintaining the calcium metabolism of calcium.

5. Factors stimulates bone remodelling are osteoblast and osteoclasts

6. From third week onwards the development of bones takes place

7. Endochondral ossification is the formation of bones from the cartilage. It takes place in fetus.

11. As we age the bone become decreased in density and mass. It becomes osteoporotic in nature and easy to break.
