I would like to discuss about Microsoft. Microsoft is one of the pioneers of technologies in Silicon Valley. Its slogan “be what’s next” inspires many to think about future. According to me Microsoft is an organization with tech savvy people with desire to innovate the world. Yes, this is the company with which I would like to be associated. This is because as a tech savvy young generation I would like to innovate technology for future. I think that many of younger generation have same opinion about Microsoft. Microsoft is one of the pioneers in the field of technology. I think Microsoft as a company wishes to be seen as company which develop technology for future. This is evident by its slogan “Be what’s next”. Many of recent investment shows that it has desire to develop future sustainable technology. CEO of Microsoft is Sundar Rajan Pichai. He is one of the architect of present Microsoft. As a new CEO of Microsoft he needs to achieve what company stand for. He as to follow the slogan of the company and build innovative technology for future. Formal organizations are known as having set goals and objectives, policies and procedures, job descriptions, financial resources, authority structure, communication channels, and products and services. This play a vital role in the life of employee, they govern the working standard of employee. The informal organization is the unofficial and less visible part of the system. It deal with beliefs and assumptions, perceptions and attitudes, values, feelings, group norms, and informal leaders. The formal elements set the guidelines for the informal elements, whereas the informal elements are important because people’s feelings, thoughts, and attitudes about their work makes a difference in their behavior and performance, so both are equally important and must always be considered
