1. The Polarity difference between the ether and other aqueous layer should be high because
they should be immiscible. The boiling point of ether should be higher than that of solute
and other aqueous layer. In order to remove the ether after extraction, make sure to not
spill the solvent around the surroundings. You can distill and remove the solvent safely
or safely evaporate the ether solution using reduced pressure.
