Ans1) Topic of the speech is about the effective speaking. the video basically is talking about how to enhance the public speaking in an individual. what are the factors that can be improved in an individual to achieve a better public speaking.

Ans2) The video is described as the Informative speech, where a speaker is trying to make its audience explain the importance of public speaking.

Ans3) Target audience for the speech are graduates of the maryland university, we can say that because speaker itself is a graduate of the university and if delivering the speech at the time of convocation.
