Observe work samples: of developed training programs.
Do they use it?
I chose learning or cognitive outcomes because they are used to determine the degree to which trainees are familiar with the techniques, procedures, and processes emphasized in the training program. A pencil and paper test are typically used to assess this outcome.
I have chosen the Logical reasoning because it determines the degree of connection the trainee perform in the work samples which reflect the creativity as well as the new pattern generation for the analysis of various websites. I also chose skill-based outcomes because they assess the level of technical skills and the behavioral patterns. The extent to which the trainees have learned skills can be evaluated by observing their performance in performing the sample given or on the case studies.
a) Using the same organization described in Part A, identify and describe the evaluation design you would recommend to evaluate the program and provide a rationale.
