Kidney is the primary organ for clearance of overdose of Phenobarbital. That is because kidney purifies the blood and clear maximum of impurities into urine. That is why all drugs need to clear through kidney, for clinical trials.
Pure distilled water does not contain any necessary nutrient that requires after exertion because in heavy exercise body loose many ions through sweating. The body of an extreme athlete requires sodium and potassium ions, sugars, and water. Gatorade contains all of it in required concentration.
If membrane had hole, it will not filtrate protein then. Therefore, in the urine, protein will detect.
