One of the most important factors that drives business and the increase in the sale of products and services today is advertisements. Companies spend huge amount of money for advertising their products by spending on brand ambassadors, models, video shooting and marketing. This money comes on the customers’ bills with the products’ prices. Will Rogers is 100% right in telling the companies that instead of spending huge amount of money on developing advertisements which they could spend on improving their products or services. This would save unnecessary increase in the price, bring more customer satisfaction thus increasing the sales because word of mouth of the satisfied customers is one of the most influential advertisements in the world. Considering cultural and language differences is really important. One best example is McDonalds. When they introduced non-veg burgers in India there was lots of opposition which prompted McDonalds to introduce veg burgers which brought more acceptance.
