Explanation / Answer

1) York is 25 miles away from southwest of Charlotte where the incident takes place. Four officers including three deputy officers were shot and wounded while attending a domestic violence call at 10PM. Later they said that the convicted escaped before the rescue team reached there. Convicts were several long guns which Thom Berry reported , a divisional spokes person. All the four officers were taken to Carolinas Medical hospital for treatment. No comments were made immidiatley regarding the conditions of those officers. Enquiry were set up and a special helicopters and police officials started the investigations of this case.

2) Actually it depends on the case to case. Its not that on all the cases this system is worse but sometimes it fails to address the problems. Some new techniques have to be introduced to resolve the issue.

3) Yes fixed arrest policy may hamper the investigations sometimes. It depends on the case to case.

4) Before giving any comments , one has to find the reasons of domestic violence and how it clashes with the laws. Is the law suits the situations or not that the persons needs to take steps in that way only . All these things needs to be revised before changing any laws , for getting the adequate results.
