Explanation / Answer

Microexpression refers to an innate expression as a result of involuntary or voluntary experience of emotions. There are six basic emotions; happiness, sadnes=ss, anger, fear, surprise and disgust. For instance, your door bell rings at an hour when you are not expecting a visitor. While walking towards the door you keep wondering who it could possibly be. However, the instant reaction on seeing your old friend at the door is the microexpression of surprise that shows on your face. This defines microexpression.
