What types of warning signs do you/will you look for to let you know you're experiencing burn out, and how do you/will you deal with this?

Expereincing burn out is very common in the profession of counselling.i suggest that as we start the day we do some meditation exercises or any form of spiritual exercise that is comfortable to maintain the inner balance of harmony and peace.These techniques keep our momentum in balance keeping us calm and serene.As humans, we keep taking in the problems of others, we absorb certain information unconsciously.It would also be good to take some time off to unwind and relax and get over the exhaustion.Maintaing positivity at all times may be difficult but with the help of yoga and meditation it is possible.
