Imagining myself as a president of the country, first chnage i would like to make is to automate the system in as much as all deparatment possible, Let say i want to chnage the offices owned by the public sector organisation, like post office department or pension scheme department. i would like to make it automated from the very begining. right now offices where elderly person have to sit or wait for long hours to get there claims for pensions, will reduce the hustle of waiting.
A senior citizen can create a query in the app of the new pension systme, and then can schedule a timeslot with the pension officer sitting in the offfice to arrange a meeting for his pension claims. this can stop the unnecessary crowd in the office as well as elderly person does not have to wait for his number to come. this will also reduce the corruption, where people take bribe to give priority to the customers.
Communication, can be done thorugh social media, television or even by radio. or the camps/stall can be made available at offices where elderly persons can come and understand the process of how work can be done using the app. one can also arrange a voluntairs who can go in different societies, old age home, etc, where they can install a stall again to make them understand the process.
overview of the process will be to achieve the productivity of the offices, which is somehow hampred because of any reasons. this will let customers also to get benefits out of this as they do not have to wait for hours in que, they can resolve there queires by using support options, etc.
