Ans 1 )Women are born managers who are peacefully looking after home and other chores, equally welcoming the guests. We will take the case of India, now a days many Indian women are heading for top positions, they have displayed their leadership skills by taking into consideration the views of employees, by their subject knowledge, dynamic power. Women gaining popularity by all above mentioned means are popular. Eg, any bollywood heroine, or leader of ICICI bank Chanda kocher, ceo of FB india - Kirthiga Reddy.
Ans 2) Some characterstics are women who are leaders are pro active, they are adaptible and flexible to allow any change they are able to negotiate, they are observant, focused and self confident , they are authentic.
Ans 3) Politics in language is pleasing intially, and any person who uses this trick is bound to face consequences later. Politics in laguage can mean blackmailing any person or confusing that person. Politics in language would also mean constantly comparing by non verbal communication, it would mean to show how a person is greater in strength, power, money bu non verbal techniques also. Usually leaders who want to achieve money and fame make use of polictical language. Those who want to prove about how greater or stronger they are.
Ans 4) At points in history we may have found in history about people regardless of their age are leaders. Eg. during freedom fight of India Rajguru,Sukhdev and Bhagat Singh were very young to be leaders in history and to show some direction. As well as current flipkart India ceos are also young to run their business, same can be applied to google founders.
Ans 5) Even in this 21st Century, there is labelling done to leaders, with respect to the place where he/she comes from as well as the economic class he belongs to. If a women is seen as leader, she may be seen as weak in emotions or in judgement or strategic capacilities even though she is at paar with all other men
