What is eclecticism?
Does anyone have any therapy experiences they would care to share, either personal, or those of family or friends?
If your answer is yes, please describe the type of therapy (E. G. Group, couples, cognitive, behavioral, twelve-step, etc. and tell us if the therapy was helpful or not, why not?
While twelve-step programs, such as Alcoholics Anonymous (the original twelve-step program on which all others are based) are technically not “therapy” they have helped literally millions over the years.
