Since many agrees and disagrees with the ideas. so it is decided to operate the child care facility for small period of time just to the checjk the effectiveness and productivity remain same, higher or lower of an employee.

Secondly, the facility may provide for the infants to the 4 years of age group since ,this age group can remain in the zone and does not plead to meet the parents again and again.
