-A Web Library System is to replace an existing paper system to support the library business operations including "search book online", "check out a book", "check in a book", "add a new book", "delete a broken book", "enforce business rules (such as no more than 3 books loaned per person, " a penalty calculation for over due items", and multiple books stored for same ISBN number).

-A user can only loan 3 books at most at any time.

-A penalty system should be enforced; overdue payment should be considered when a user checks out any item.
