Big Brad Games learns that Online Distributors has the MegaFun systems and demands their return. Online Distributors gives the equipment to Big Brad Games and files a suit against Nu2U. Distributors will succeed in its suit since Nu2U has given any an all warranties to the Distributor. Although they were unaware that the MegaFun game systems were stolen they didn't have any rights for resale of original system developer Big Brad Games.

Also, it is Nu2U's responsibility to do background and dealership check of their vendors.
