Analyize the responses to the following interview questions and add reccomendations to each question as to what the company can improve on.
1.) Q: Reasonable accommodations?
A: Yes. We adhere to disabilities act. Elevators, etc.
?2.) Q: Diversity in ethnicity and gender?
?A: Could be more diverse in ethnicity. Gender is good but ethnicity not so much. Higher positions are mostly all white male or females. I’d say like 1 % are non-white across all positions.
3.) Q: Performance reviews?
A: Huge emphasis on reviews and being told how we are performing often.

1.) Q: Reasonable accommodations?
A: Yes. We adhere to disabilities act. Elevators, etc.
Analysis:- The response seems to be very brief in fact the answer should be bit elaborative and must include more facilities which are provided to the people with different abilities. For example, All the provisions of Disability Act are implemented. The organization takes care of the special requirements of people with different abilities. Elevators, ramps and other facilities are provided keeping the comfort of these people in mind.
2.) Q: Diversity in ethnicity and gender?
A: Could be more diverse in ethnicity. Gender is good but ethnicity not so much. Higher positions are mostly all white male or females. I’d say like 1 % are non-white across all positions.
Analysis:- The response is again very brief requiring greater reasoning. The focus should be on how the company is ensuring diversity in the organization and what is the present status of diversity in manpower employed by the organization.
3.) Q: Performance reviews?
A: Huge emphasis on reviews and being told how we are performing often.
Analysis:- The significance of performance review should be focused. The company should include what are the different performance appraisal system used in the organization. How the company is looking t improve the ability of its manpower.
