I have a medium Self-awareness, understanding & interpretation on self & others in average, as this is the source of increasing self-esteem, self-confidence and emotional literacy.
I have low self-regulation, less proactive & more reactive, Cannot easily exercise restraints, low ability to convert Anger into compassion, Fear into courage, Envy into pride.
I have high level of motivation, can remain calm and motivate self and others in adverse conditions or in the time of difficulty.
I have Medium empathy, moderate ability to think and feel in other’s shoes, which leads to visually satisfying interpersonal relationship. It also creates synergy among others ie your peers & colleagues.
My public self is very low and blind self is high, while hidden self and dark self are moderate
