e) The value of Correlation coefficient r = -0.5436

The value of coefficient of Determination is r2 = 0.2956

Interpretation: 29.56% of the variation in Selling Price(Y) of car is explained by variation in car age(X).

f) No the age of car is not a good predictor of its selling price, because by r value we can say that there is moderate negative relationship between car age and selling price, that means there may be some other factors( other than car age) like model, brand etc that affects the selling price of car.
