Analysis of Learners

Learner Group: Thegroup consists of mix of people from bottom line as well mid level managers.

General Characteristics: The average age of the employee is 30 years. MOst of mid level managers are above 30. All partcipants are flent in English and can understand in english mode of instruction.

No of learner: based of the requirement of the company, as bottom line and mid level managers are working on MS office and Windows. They need to be trained by next month.

Location of Learners: The training has been decided as main presentation hall of the companies office. All classes will be help after office hours.

Experience Level: average work experience is 5 years.

Trainee Attitude: Employees are eager and enthusiastic about new skills. They learn by doing and actively partcipate in discussion. They are improving themselves patiently. They are generally reluctant to use new skills but they are trying to cooperate and learn them.

Skills needed to improve performance: trainee have all all required skills needed to learn whatever will be taught in the training programme.
