Economic package selected by unions are definitely a better choice as it directly reflects the overall preferences of the unions but needs proper curation as well as refinement after that whole package is decided by the Union and forwarded to the organisation.

Economic package should be Limited to a criteria where it doesn't affect the company's overall financial structure. Proper forecasting of the long-term effects of specific economic package should be done. This type of approach would definitely enable an organisation to understand the situation in a better way and two increase compatibility of union economic packages as well as the package is designed by the management of the organisations.
