To improve the communications among the overloaded staff, I will implement following strategies

1.       I will evaluate my distance with the team or staff. If I found to be distant from the team geographically, the first thing I would do is to reduce this distance. This way I could easily supervise and handling or delegating the tasks would not be difficult.

2.       I will personally hand in task to staff. I think there would be no reasons, or lease, less reasons, why staff would find it difficult to handle the task because there would be free discussion among us. The information dissemination would be lot easier. Any confusion or miscommunications would also be easily resolved as I will be present.

3.       The staff feels overloaded because they have been performing poorly. In the first place, I will not be giving any such tasks to my staff if I don’t think they would be able to handle it or finish it. I will give them tasks one at a time so that none of the tasks get overlapped. That way they will not complain about the overloading.

4.       I will supervise them and check whether the given tasks are completed within the given time.

5.       Being a team manager, I will drive them and help them prioritize the tasks. This way help them focused.
