and speed of launch is u

maximum height = u^2 * sin^2(theta)/(2g)

y = x * tan(theta) - g * x^2/(2 * (u * cos(theta))^2)

-1.40 = 16.76 * tan(theta) - 9.8 * 16.76^2/(2 * (u * cos(theta))^2) ----(2)
