1. A profitable business management can be established by legal law order and justice because it creates the goodwill among employees of the company.

- In nowadays fast faced business environment there are various issues arise related to the company's code of conduct, harassments, frauds due to the cut throat competition etc which ultimately creates an unhealthy working environment in the company which directly impact adversely on the efficiency of the company's productivity which in turn lowers the reputation of the company in market.
