I believe that stakeholder satisfaction is the most important aspect in mai8ntaining quality in a project or an assignment because the objective of any project is to serve to the needs of the stakeholders and generally in a project, the stakeholders are the employees, employer and the client and each one of them is equally important and as a lead in the team I will focus on stakeholder satisfaction in order to be success in the field of business. The primary components that a quality management plan should contain are:
1. Proper plan because theoretical planning is important in order to understand the way to proceed.
2. Cost management is another aspect which is important because in order to ensure quality, the cost of the products need to be managed so that there is a margin for the organization.
3. Training and development of employees need to be present in order to make them enable in the process.
4. Impediments will be there in the execution process and the team in order to provide and maintain quality needs to be credible enough to resolve the issues.
5. Final product needs to be tested rigorously in various stages so that quality is not at all compromised at any cost.
