So, I think among the above outcomes.... the following outcomes are crossed-sectional study design .... as the data comes from the whole population ( not only from adults) at a time and variables are not manipulated....
b) The prevalence of diabetes all patients seen at a particular health clinic on one day in 2014 ...
and
d) The number of people in a population with diabetes who are obese and the number of people in a population with diabetes are not obese, in United States in 2014.
