Solution:-
Proportion of weight loss less than 30 pounds,
0 to 10 = 0.14
10 to 20 = 0.24
20 to 30 = 0.20
We are not including -10 to 0 as it relates to weight gain.
Therefore, 0.14 + 0.24 + 0.20 = 0.58
