Answers for both of the question are option B & D.

For the first question, we are given the top 10 salaries of the TV personalities. If we do mean median or mode or any other central tendency to get an overview of the general salary of the TV personalities it will obviously overestimate. Besides that, the group TV personalities is a huge group. There a sample of just 10 that is not even 1% of the total population size which is really very very small. Also the sample is taken from a particular section that is from the top section. So we an conclude that it gives no information at all about the salary of the TV personalities in general.

For the second question, no we cant get any insight into larger population for such a small and biased sample. It can only give an insight about the highest salary of TV personalities not any insight aout a lager population. It can neighter give any insight about the highest paid TV personalities for a larger population beause the sample is not random. It takes only the highest 10 values.
