A new suburban neighborhood, The Crowne Pointe of Heathermoor, is being planned on the extreme outskirts of a metropolitan area. The neighborhood will be connected to the city via U.S. Highway 123. The developers hope to make use of the full 450 acres available to them. The local Department of Transportation has noted that Hwy 123 is near capacity and cannot handle more than an additional 2500 cars in either the AM or PM peak periods. Explanation / Answer

1. First of all increase the lanes of Us highway 123 so that it will increase the capacity of that highway.

2. In future no problem even increase of usage of vehicles in that city.

3. Use fly over to separate the level of traffic.

4. It will be better to make outer ring road on the basis of segregation of vehicles.

When the New neighborhood is planned its very common thing that every one sees in it was its connectivity. But in this case the new development is coming around the National highway 123 which was unable to take more 2500 cars from the new neighbourhood in either AM or PM . So as a developer i would probably see the any other possible chance to change its position. If it is not possible i would like to restrict the vehicles coming from the area less than 2500 cars by restricting the total area available.

I would like to explain my client the same thing to restrict the vehicles coming on to it if he is not ready to listen to me. Some commercial idea like making large luxorious buildings will be my next idea so that no of families living will be gets reduced and no of vehicles coming on to the Highway 123 will be reduced.
