c. The tally sheet doesnot contain information about the cases where no delivery is done. There could be a possibility that for shipments with too large batch is not delivered.

Therefore the number of total deliveries with problems (204) indicates the cases where delivery was completed.

The other case "Delivery problems" may also includes cases where no delivery is made. Therefore the tally sheet should contain one more attribute - "delivery completed or delivery not completed"

D. To find solution to delivery problems I would start by looking at following information:

1. Past data of all deliveries

2. Average time taken for delivery

3. What causes hindrances to complete a delivery - like too large batch size.

4. Implementation of real time tracking system for shipment for better efficiency

5. Determine past cases of late and early delivery and identify the root causes for fixing
