C1 and C3 are in series , their equivalent capacitance , C1' = C1 * C3 /( C1 + C3)

the charge across C1 and C3 is same i.e Q1 = V * C1'

Q1 = 8.43 * 0.94 * 10^-6 C

Q1 = 7.92 * 10^-6 C
