Explanation / Answer

The numbers that you have missed need to be filled by you on the basis of experiment that you performed.

From the above samples you get a regression equation of a line in the form of:

Y = a + bX

Where Y is the wavelength values and X is the concentration values.

You have already determined the values of a and b in your table (or Bo and B1).

Put the X value for the unknown sample solution. in the equation Y = a + bX and get the value of Y. That value will come in the Least Squares box.

Then,

experimentally find out the starch concentration via plotting the points on a graph. That will come in the box next to calculated knowing the value of X.
