Day 2 Caloric Intake: 1207 kcals

Day 3 Caloric Intake: 437 kcals

It has been postulated that an excess of 3,500 calories = 1 pound of fat gain. Likewise, a deficit of 3,500 calories results in 1 pound of fat loss. For the purpose of this question, we will assume that all excess calories you eat are stored as fat. Based on your answer to the question above, if your current calorie intake pattern were to continue for one year, how much weight would you gain or lose? Its that number realistic?

Explanation / Answer

Eating an excess of 3500 calories related to weight gain around 1pound of body weight..As you eat excess calories the fat deposit inside the adipose cells causing the cells to expand and increase in size..After enough fat cells enlarge in an area, people look fat..To reduce the weight create a calorie deficit by reducing food intake or increasing exercise..
An average woman needs to eat about 2000calories per day to amintain their weight and 1500kcal to lose one pound of weight per week..For men they need 2500calorie to maintain and 2000 to lose one pound of weight per week..
Total calorie intake as per day 1,2,3 it comes 2503kcals..If it is for one month=30 divided into 3=10
10 X 120days=3,00,360
Actual calorie need for one year 2000X365=7,30,000
So calorie intake less for this plan they will lose the weight per year=7,30,000 divided by 3,00,360=4,11,40,000
4,11,40,000 divided by 3500= 11,754
So they may lose the weight nearly 12kg per year..
