The plan for weather control and the beijing olympics was that China set aside $30 million for a controversial project that involves shooting salt-and-mineral-filled bullets into the sky to make it rain.  With this weather modification technique China claim to have cleared the skies for the Beijing Olympics by forcing the rain to come early.

2. According to the theory the F4 jets might break up the hurricanes when a pair of the jets do loops around the eye of the hurricane while it is over the ocean. creating sonic booms. This supersonic booms can be designed to negate the basic rotational contribution in a hurricane by slowing down a hurricane rotation and thus destroying it.

3. Like cloud seeding the lasers can create new clouds where there are none, by inducing condensation. In this process the naturally occurring water vapor is condensed into droplets, and ice crystals form, mimicking the natural process that creates clouds. Lasers can generate watery particles and allow them to grow, but their size is currently limited to a few microns.

4. The idea proposed by Bernard Dubos was to draw warm water at a pumping station from the ground level to the hollow, Bugle-shaped concrete and steel tower. The rising air in the tower would be cooled and produce condensation
