a) From the boxplot mean > median so it is positively skewed. Also (median - Q1) < Q3 - median) so we conclude that the above distribution is positively skewed.
We can not find outliers from the above boxplot
b) The median is corresponding to the middle line of the box and which is approximate as 30 minute.
a) Sample mean is above the median
ii) because the distribution is positively skewd and mean is shifted toward the right side of the distribution.
