Qstn.no.1 is not understood.qstn no 2. In the 2014 map the contour lines are less distorted.less amount of vegetation in 2014 map.sedimentation increased towards the crater in Eastern side in vicinity of 6800 contour line in 2014 map.the area shown in the map nowdays (2014) shows more eual space in between contours than 1989 map..which means that the area was steeper in 1989 map.

Slope becomes more gentle in 2014 version of the area.

2014 serries of maps are far better representative of terrains.as it gives more detail idea of slope and relief with measure of relief also that is quantitative data also.it also covers man made features which is not in 1989 series.2014 series does not use shades technique which in turn is more science friendly.2014 series of map are useful also bcoz of it's inclution of man made features to populated areas ..not only make it good to study the area but also helps in navigate the area if ur following the right direction in the map.
