a. Favourable event = Numbers less than 4 or odd E = {1,2,3,5,7,9}.
Thus n(S) = 10, n(E) = 6

b. Favourable event = Numbers less than 3 or greater than 7 = (E) = {1,2,8,9,10}.
Thus n(S) = 10, n(E) = 5
Probability that the numbers less than 3 or greater than 7,
